It is based on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective Persons as enunciated by Stephen R. Covey (1989, Paidós Ed.):
1. Proactive: 
Proactivity does not just mean taking the initiative. The concept is that all people are responsible for our decisions and actions.
2. From beginning to end: 
It is about starting with a clear understanding of the destination you want to reach. Knowing where you are going will allow you to better understand where you are going and take the right steps in the right direction.
3. Side and vertical hierarchy: 
The third habit refers to the need to establish priorities in order to respond with order, constancy and seriousness to all the projects with which we work.
4. Just Win/Win: 
To ensure that the agreements or solutions reached are mutually beneficial and satisfactory to all parties involved in the process.
5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood: 
The basic idea is to diagnose before prescribing. Knowing the project that a group of professionals is facing is the only way to find the right solution.
